- Develop and implement business strategies to optimize agricultural production and profitability
- Oversee daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and livestock management
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation for the agribusiness
- Lead and supervise a team of agricultural workers and technical staff
- Negotiate with suppliers for inputs (seeds, fertilizers, feed) and buyers for produce
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion or diversification
- Implement technology and innovative practices to improve efficiency and yield
