- Designing and executing market research studies (surveys, focus groups, interviews)
- Collecting and analyzing quantitative data (sales figures, market share, web analytics)
- Collecting and analyzing qualitative data (customer feedback, social media sentiment)
- Identifying key consumer trends, motivations, and unmet needs
- Creating detailed reports and presentations on consumer insights
- Collaborating with product development, marketing, and sales teams to apply insights
- Monitoring competitive activities and market dynamics
