A Day in the Life

You design, develop, and manage e-learning systems and digital learning content for an organisation, combining instructional design expertise with technical skills in LMS administration, multimedia development, and digital learning strategy.

  • Design and develop e-learning courses using authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Rise)
  • Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) — configuration, user management, reporting
  • Consult with SMEs and learning stakeholders to design effective online learning experiences
  • Convert classroom training programmes into digital or blended learning formats
  • Create multimedia content — videos, animations, interactive simulations, infographics
  • Monitor course completion, learner engagement, and performance analytics
  • Evaluate e-learning effectiveness and iterate based on data and learner feedback
  • Stay current with e-learning technologies, tools, and pedagogical research
