- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media regarding available properties.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants or buyers.
- Prepare and present property information, brochures, and pricing details to clients.
- Negotiate lease terms or sale prices, ensuring favorable outcomes for both client and company.
- Assist clients with completing application forms, agreements, and other necessary paperwork.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a robust client database using CRM software.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties effectively.
