A Day in the Life
A Wellness Coach/Personal Trainer designs and implements personalized fitness and wellness programs for clients. Their day involves conducting training sessions, providing nutritional guidance, tracking progress, and motivating clients to achieve their health goals.
- Conduct initial client assessments to understand fitness levels, goals, and health history
- Design individualized exercise programs tailored to client needs and preferences
- Lead one-on-one or small group training sessions, demonstrating proper form and technique
- Provide nutritional advice and guidance to complement fitness routines
- Track client progress, adjust programs as needed, and provide ongoing motivation
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, injury prevention, and recovery

Work Environment
