- Build and calibrate mathematical models of nutrient cycling (carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus) in ecosystems
- Integrate field data, remote sensing datasets, and lab measurements into model inputs
- Run simulation experiments to project ecosystem responses to climate or land-use change
- Validate model outputs against real-world geochemical measurements
