About This Role
Prepares competitive tenders and BOQ-based cost estimates for construction contracts. Analyses drawings, specifications, and site conditions to price jobs accurately. Works for main contractors and sub-contractors. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Candy/CCS software is standard.

- Solicit and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions, access, and potential risks.
- Develop tender submission documents, including technical proposals and commercial bids.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to refine estimates.
- Identify and quantify potential risks and opportunities within the tender.
- Present estimates and tender strategies to senior management.
