A Construction Project Manager oversees all aspects of large-scale construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This involves leading diverse teams, managing complex schedules, controlling costs, ensuring quality, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, site managers, and contractors.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
