- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress against the schedule and report to the Project Manager.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
- Manage site logistics, including material delivery, storage, and equipment usage.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and conflicts on site.
- Conduct regular site meetings and safety briefings.
Work Environment
