A Day in the Life

Lead the full strategic and operational performance of a 4 or 5-star hotel in Sri Lanka — responsible for revenue, guest satisfaction scores, owner relations, team development, and compliance.

  • Review P&L and KPI dashboard (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, NPS, GOP)
  • Conduct executive committee meeting with department heads
  • Engage with hotel owners and management company on performance
  • Review and approve major contracts, capital expenditure requests
  • Host VIP guests and manage key corporate accounts personally
  • Approve budgets, forecasts, and strategic business plans
  • Lead HR decisions — talent acquisition, succession planning, dismissals
  • Represent the hotel at SLTDA, THASL, and industry events
