This involves managing budgets, coordinating teams, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and tracking project progress, whether for conservation, research, or commercial aquatic ventures.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability
- Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities
- Ensure project activities comply with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and funders
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project participants
Work Environment
