- Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP).
- Manage production staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Optimize production workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor quality control points and address any deviations or non-conformances.
- Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance departments.
- Manage operational budgets and control costs.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues on the production floor.
