This involves managing raw material intake, optimizing production lines, ensuring quality control, supervising staff, maintaining machinery, and adhering to safety and environmental standards.
- Plan and organize daily production schedules and resource allocation
- Supervise production staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Implement and enforce quality control standards for raw materials and finished products
- Oversee maintenance and repair of factory machinery and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage inventory of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods
