  • Perform routine chemical and physical tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Operate and maintain analytical instruments suchates as HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and titrators.
  • Analyze test data using statistical methods to identify trends and deviations.
  • Calibrate and validate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Document all testing procedures, results, and observations accurately.
  • Investigate out-of-specification results and participate in root cause analysis.
  • Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for analytical methods.
  • Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
