A Quality Control Systems Analyst focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining automated statistical process control (SPC) systems in chemical manufacturing. This involves system configuration, data integration, user training, and continuous improvement of quality monitoring infrastructure.
- Design and configure automated SPC systems for chemical manufacturing processes
- Integrate quality control systems with existing production and ERP systems
- Develop and validate data acquisition methods for real-time process monitoring
- Train production and quality staff on the use of automated SPC tools
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for quality control software
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements for data accuracy and efficiency
