A Simulation Engineer specializing in Digital Twins builds high-fidelity virtual replicas of physical systems. This involves integrating real-time data with statistical models and advanced coding to create dynamic, predictive models that inform decision-making, optimize operations, and enable proactive maintenance.
- Develop and implement high-fidelity digital twin models using statistical methods and real-time data integration.
- Design and build data pipelines to ingest sensor data from physical assets into the digital twin.
- Program and optimize simulation logic in languages like Python, C++, or specialized simulation platforms.
- Validate digital twin models against real-world performance data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop predictive analytics and prescriptive models within the digital twin framework.
