A Sustainability & Certification Manager ensures that an organization's operations, particularly in sectors like plantations or manufacturing, comply with various global sustainability standards. They develop and implement management systems, conduct internal audits, prepare for external certifications (e.g., Rainforest Alliance, FSC, Fairtrade), and drive continuous improvement in environmental and social performance.
- Develop and implement sustainability management systems and policies.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with certification standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate external certification audits (e.g., Rainforest Alliance, FSC, Fairtrade).
- Train staff on sustainability practices and certification requirements.
- Monitor and report on key sustainability performance indicators.

Work Environment
