- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
