A Sustainability & Systems Auditor evaluates agricultural operations to ensure they comply with environmental, social, and economic sustainability standards. This involves conducting on-site inspections, reviewing documentation, interviewing staff, and identifying areas for improvement or non-compliance, ultimately contributing to more responsible and efficient farming practices.
- Plan and schedule audit engagements for agricultural systems.
- Conduct on-site inspections of farms, plantations, and processing facilities.
- Review documentation, records, and management systems for compliance with sustainability standards.
- Interview staff and management to assess understanding and implementation of policies.
- Identify non-conformities, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
