A Day in the Life

Collect and analyse salary benchmark data, design competitive pay structures, evaluate benefits packages, and ensure the organisation's total rewards offering attracts and retains talent within budget.

  • Conduct salary benchmarking against market surveys (Mercer, Aon, local data)
  • Analyse compensation data to identify pay gaps or anomalies
  • Maintain and update salary bands and grade structures
  • Evaluate job roles using point-factor or Hay methodology
  • Prepare compensation reports and executive summaries for HR leadership
  • Process or audit payroll adjustments and bonus calculations
  • Research and recommend employee benefits enhancements
  • Support annual merit cycle and incentive planning processes
