About This Role

Ensuring project tasks are completed on time and within budget by coordinating teams.

A Day in the Life

You support project managers by tracking timelines, coordinating team activities, managing documentation, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule across one or more concurrent projects.

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and task trackers in PM tools
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, status meetings, and team check-ins
  • Track action items and follow up with team members on pending deliverables
  • Prepare project status reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Coordinate resource scheduling and room/equipment bookings
  • Update risk registers and issue logs
  • Manage project documentation, version control, and filing
  • Assist in onboarding new project team members and vendors
