Market Outlook
STABLE

While some functions are being reduced by automation (e.g., less physical paperwork), the need for trusted, physically present support staff in offices remains. Common entry-level role for O/L school leavers.

DECLINING
Office support roles are declining in developed markets as digitisation and automated systems handle many routine tasks. In-person support roles persist in sectors requiring physical presence but growth is very limited.
