A Day in the Life
Design and deliver training programmes that build employees' business communication, presentation, business writing, and stakeholder engagement skills across the organisation.
- Design and facilitate workshops on business writing, presentations, and communication skills
- Conduct training needs analysis with HR and business leaders
- Develop course materials, e-learning modules, and training guides
- Coach senior executives on presentation delivery and messaging
- Assess participant learning and provide feedback
- Update training curricula to reflect evolving communication tools and practices
- Coordinate with HR L&D team on scheduling and logistics
- Evaluate training effectiveness through post-programme surveys and follow-up
Work Environment
