A Day in the Life
Design and deliver Business English training programmes for corporate employees — covering professional email writing, presentation delivery, business meeting etiquette, negotiation language, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Facilitate Business English workshops for corporate cohorts at client offices or in-house
- Conduct training needs analysis with HR and L&D teams to tailor programmes
- Develop course materials including workbooks, e-learning modules, and role-play scenarios
- Coach individual executives on presentation delivery and professional communication style
- Assess participant language proficiency and track improvement across training cycles
- Create business writing guides covering emails, reports, proposals, and minutes
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for mixed-level groups
- Evaluate training effectiveness through post-programme assessments and participant feedback
