Coordinate logistics, vendors, and schedules for events — the operational backbone ensuring every detail of an event is planned, communicated, and ready for flawless execution.

  • Prepare event timelines, run-of-show documents, and vendor briefing sheets
  • Confirm and coordinate with venues, caterers, AV companies, and decorators
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements
  • Coordinate on-site event setup — checking all elements against event brief
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams on requirements and changes
  • Manage event day logistics — registration, flow management, VIP handling
  • Process vendor invoices and track event budgets
  • Conduct post-event reviews and vendor evaluations
