About This Role

A Day in the Life

A Franchise Manager's day is focused on supporting and overseeing a network of franchisees. This involves regular communication, conducting site visits to ensure compliance with brand standards, providing operational training and marketing support, and helping franchisees achieve profitability and growth.

  • Conduct regular visits to franchisee locations to assess operational compliance and brand standards.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to franchisees on operational procedures, marketing, and sales.
  • Monitor franchisee performance against KPIs and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between the franchisor and franchisees, addressing concerns and fostering relationships.
  • Assist franchisees with local marketing initiatives and grand openings.
  • Ensure adherence to franchise agreements and resolve any disputes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic guidance to franchisees.
  • Prepare reports on franchisee performance and overall network health for senior management.
