- Conduct pre-treatment consultations and health intake assessments
- Perform therapeutic massage (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy)
- Deliver body wraps, scrubs, and hydrotherapy treatments
- Carry out facial treatments and skin analysis using professional equipment
- Set up and break down treatment rooms with fresh linen and product preparation
- Recommend spa packages and retail products to enhance guest experience
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sterilisation to five-star standards
- Record treatment notes and report client health concerns to spa management
