A Day in the Life

A hybrid role combining project coordination support with administrative management — you keep the office infrastructure running while also tracking project timelines, correspondence, and reporting.

  • Manage correspondence, meeting minutes, and project filing systems
  • Track project milestones and update schedules in collaboration with the project manager
  • Process purchase orders, expense claims, and vendor invoices related to project budgets
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for project team members
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents for project leadership
  • Maintain contact databases, stakeholder lists, and contractor registers
  • Organise and minute project steering committee meetings
  • Handle incoming communications and route queries to the appropriate team member
