Manage hotel banquet operations — supervising food and beverage service for events, managing banquet teams, and ensuring every event achieves the highest standards of service quality.

  • Review daily banquet function sheets and brief service team on requirements
  • Set up banquet rooms according to BEO (Banquet Event Order) specifications
  • Supervise food service, beverage management, and table service throughout events
  • Coordinate with kitchen executive chef on banquet menu execution and timing
  • Manage banquet team scheduling, training, and performance standards
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery during events
  • Ensure banquet billing accuracy and complete event reconciliation
  • Inspect all banquet areas for cleanliness and presentation pre-event
