About This Role

Bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions using data to improve organizational efficiency.

A Day in the Life

Analyse business processes, gather and document requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into clear specifications that guide technology or process improvement projects across any industry.

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes using BPMN
  • Write functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Perform gap analysis and produce business case documents
  • Facilitate UAT sessions and track defect resolution
  • Maintain requirements traceability matrices throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare weekly status reports for project steering committees
  • Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, and business owners to validate solutions
