A Day in the Life

Ensure that the organisation adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies — conducting compliance monitoring, responding to regulatory changes, and embedding a culture of compliance throughout the business.

  • Monitor compliance with applicable regulatory requirements across all business functions
  • Review operational processes for compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Assess and report on compliance risk within assigned business areas
  • Develop and maintain compliance registers, checklists, and monitoring programmes
  • Conduct staff compliance training on AML, data protection, and relevant regulations
  • Investigate potential compliance breaches and document findings
  • Respond to regulatory queries and assist in managing regulatory inspections
  • Prepare compliance reports for the Chief Compliance Officer and Board
