A Day in the Life

Work within a consulting firm or independently to help clients solve complex strategic, operational, or organisational problems — using structured analysis, industry expertise, and executive-level communication to deliver recommendations that create measurable business value.

  • Structure complex business problems into hypothesis-driven analytical frameworks
  • Conduct primary research (client interviews, surveys) and secondary research (industry benchmarking)
  • Build financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic options
  • Lead workstreams within multi-consultant engagement teams
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level findings presentations to C-suite clients
  • Manage day-to-day client relationship on active engagements
  • Develop proposals and scope documents for new client opportunities
  • Coach junior analysts on problem-solving methodology and communication
