A Day in the Life

Advise organisations on business problems — strategy, operations, finance, or technology — by analysing their situation, developing recommendations, and supporting implementation of improvements.

  • Conduct business diagnostic assessments across operations, finance, and strategy
  • Gather data through stakeholder interviews, surveys, and financial analysis
  • Develop structured problem-solving frameworks (issue trees, hypothesis testing)
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives
  • Write detailed reports, proposals, and implementation roadmaps
  • Support client teams in executing recommended changes
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and client relationship expectations
  • Develop proposals for new client engagements and extensions
