  • Build performance dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for executive reporting
  • Facilitate strategy cascading workshops from corporate to department level

  • Prepare CEO and Board performance reports with insight-driven commentary
  • Conduct benchmarking against industry standards and competitors
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and annual planning processes
