A Day in the Life

  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments across affected business units
  • Develop change management strategies using Prosci ADKAR or Kotter frameworks
  • Design communication plans and create messaging for change initiatives
  • Facilitate training needs analysis and oversee change readiness training delivery
  • Engage and coach resistant stakeholder groups through transition
  • Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on feedback
  • Write executive-level change progress reports and risk registers
  • Support post-go-live reinforcement to embed new behaviours and processes
