A Day in the Life
Lead all change management activities within a major organisational transformation programme — managing a team of change analysts, owning the overall change strategy, and reporting directly to the programme director on adoption outcomes.
- Own and drive the overall organisational change management strategy for the programme
- Lead a team of change analysts and communications specialists
- Chair change readiness steering meetings with senior executive sponsors
- Direct stakeholder engagement plans and track engagement progress by workstream
- Escalate and resolve critical resistance from influential stakeholder groups
- Oversee all change communications across the organisation
- Report adoption and readiness metrics to the programme director weekly
- Manage change management budget and resource planning
Work Environment
Senior leadership role within a major transformation programme — typically reporting to a Programme Director or CTO/COO. In Sri Lanka, found in large bank digitisation projects (core banking replacements), government reform programmes (e-government, CBSL digital banking), and multinational company restructurings.
