About This Role

Standardizes and oversees the execution of IT and business projects across the entire organization.

A Day in the Life

Establish, govern, and continuously improve the organisation's project management framework — providing standards, oversight, reporting, and portfolio-level visibility to enable successful project delivery across all business units.

  • Maintain the enterprise project portfolio registry and track status across all active projects
  • Develop and enforce project management methodologies, templates, and governance standards
  • Facilitate portfolio review meetings with the steering committee and C-suite
  • Provide project assurance reviews and health checks on complex or at-risk projects
  • Coordinate resource allocation across the project portfolio to avoid conflicts
  • Produce executive-level portfolio dashboards and exception reports
  • Onboard and coach project managers on PMO standards and tools
  • Manage the PMO budget and the continuous improvement of PM practices
